Most folks aren’t aware that you can perform squats with dumbbells because they’re so used to seeing them executed with a barbell across the back.

If you’re one of the people who weren’t aware that you can squat with dumbbells, you’re in for a pleasant surprise.

Dumbbells forces the weak side of your body to handle its own weight being lifted, which in the long run will force it to become more equal in size, power, and strength.

I personally love performing dumbbell squats using a stability ball, because the muscle stimulating is absolutely incredible, not to mention safe!
